It was the long queue right in front of this stall that had my curiosity. More than 10 people were in the queue waiting to order Popiah from this stall. I am a big fan of Popiah so i had to check it out. I joined in the queue and waited for about 15 minutes to order. Each piece is for $1.50. And, i requested for extra chilli to be added. The popiah consists of well braised turnips as its main ingredients together with handful of bean sprouts, grounded peanuts and bits of shredded carrots firmly wrapped in a piece of moist popiah skin.

Though extra amount of chilli was added but the level of spiciness was not overpowering.

I would think this is a piece of above average popiah but i have tasted a better one though. If i am to compare this to my favourite Popiah from the elderly Auntie in Clementi then that particular one is still my top choice.
