Bought Claypot Sesame Chicken to share with colleagues for lunch today. Chicken & button mushrooms are stewed in sesame oil & hua diao wine, sprinkle with some spring onion. Chicken are also marinated with sesame oil being putting onto the heatAt $4.50, there's about 6-7 pieces of chicken of different parts as well as about 6 - 7 pieces of button mushroom. The gravy is not thick but it's nice to go with you bowl of rice.

Lunch: Today's choice - Mix organ soup. Soup base is exactly the same as the bak kut teh. Slight herbal taste - niceHowever, priced at $4, it is not quite worth the price. There's only few thin slices of salted vegetable, which I reckon they over-soak it till it's slightly tasteless. About 3 small pieces of pig intestine, 5 small pieces of pig liver, 2 slices of pig stomach & that's about it! Not even a porkball!

This Bak Kut Teh-Claypot stall serves lots of soups & braised items like pig trotter & pork belly. For $4, you get about 4 pieces of Bak Kut (pork ribs) & it's very tender. However, if you're looking for more fanciful Bak Kut Teh, you might be slightly disappointed as there is practically nothing else in it except for few garlic. Soup taste is slightly peppery but not spicy. The condiment (black sauce & chili) however, is disappointing. Few (or rather, no) chili can be found. All you get is lots

You may add $0.50 for a braise egg if you want
