Signature Dishes
My friend treated me a bowl of this flavourful bak kut teh and a bowl of rice from this stall. Service was quite alright bit would have been better if they can put on some smiles on their faces. Stall was quite clean and neat, with quite spacious seatings here as well. The pork ribs are very tender and juicy which really easy to chew. As for the taste, I feel is with a mixture of herbal and pepper taste. Still in my opinion, the soup base was consider quite peppery which really have that kick when I drink it.for the price at less than $6 is quite affordable

I took away a serving of pig's trotter to have it for dinner at home. I requested for the part from the hind leg. That part has got a good balance of lean and fat meat. It was nicely braised to give the fatty part a nice softness. It did not taste as oily as expected. The meat tasted tender and at the right level of saltiness. The braised sauce goes really well with the plain rice.
