The last time I went to Baker Talent at Jurong West, their Golden Sands Bun was soldout. Today I walked pass and saw the Golden Sands Bun was available and also bought some for the family. Their Golden Sands Bun was piping hot when I bought, I can still felt the steam coming out from the plastic bag. There was very heavy aroma of butter from the Buns. The texture of the Golden Sands bun was very soft and fluffy, easily flaten if there was another bun stack on top of it.

The fillings was melting custard with salted yolk. There was also heavy butter aroma from the fillings. The taste was sweet with some bites of salted egg yolk. The texture of the filling was quite sandy, like sandy sugars.

Overall, the Golden Sands Bun was very delicious and the price was affordable too.

Recently there were quite a number of Baker Talents stall sprung up at the west of Singapore.

I had passby a new branch at Jurong West after a Lunch there.

I had bought the Tuna Bun at 95 cents.

The tuna bun not only had generous amount of tuna meat and also some melted cheese on top.

The bun was very soft and fluffy, with mild sweet taste.

The cheese was more of oily taste than cheese, i wonder was it butter sauce.

The tuna meat was mixed with mayonaise and it tasted moist.

Overall the tuna bun tasted great and atvthis price it was very worth.
