dad wanted to bring a thai distributor to somewhere with indo food on a Friday night.why not bayang?starting out with an appetizer like this was a good start to the meal. and i've heard their ikan panggang is something to look forward to.and this my friends.is something not to look forward to.but something to WOLF down.look at those flakes of succulent fish meat.this was pricey but I think the amount of meat justified the price paid. the kicap manis i like very much.mmm.

being at bayang, sure feels like bali.in the tranquility of the afternoon crowd, the lack of it of course, at clarke quay was a moment to be savoured.making an order for their appetizer platter.there was variety but there were some hits and some misses.i'll tell you what worked for me.the bergedil. the potato patties.mushed and chock full of potatoes with spice. loves.the sate. i love it done indon style.two out of four. it was a pass.

I love Indonesian food for their rich flavours.I have not had pandan chicke for a long time and decided to order to try.Mine, i was blown off by the soft moist chicken that has absorbed the fragrance of the pandan leaves, leaving a sweet pandan aftertaste in my mouth after eating. The pandan chicken goes very well with the thai chilli sauce dip provided. The chilli sauce is on the sweet side and not too spicy, i really like this dish alot but price is abit expensive for only 4 pieces it cost more
