not a fan of the bak kwa here. received as gift. not sure of the price. around $3.50 for a piece, depending on weight. the bak kwa here has a lot of charred bits, which makes it horribly bitter. if you avoid all the charred bits, you will be left with very little bak kwa to chew on. the taste is not very fragrant or good. very sickeningly oily as well. the meat is also very tough. not really to my liking at all. continue reading

Other than their BBQ meat, this is also another must try item from Bee Cheng Hiang. One of my aunt brought this to one of the gathering , and since then I fall in love with this snack. It come it 2 favour -original and Wasabi. I think most people also like wasabi just like I do, only 2 packets of wasabi were left when I make the purchase.
