If you are a fan of internal parts and kway chap then this is a must try stall for you. This is one of the best kway chap stall i ever tried. They used to be at the already demolished blanco court before moved to this location. There is always long queue during lunch and weekends. The stall is manned by an elderly couple. You just need to tell them for how many person and your table number. They cleaned the internal parts nicely so not weird smell then braised it with dark soya sauce. Their kway

They cleaned the internal parts nicely so not weird smell then braised it with dark soya sauce. Their kway is very smooth and soft. I need at least 2 bowls to enjoy those nicely braised intestine, tau kwa, braised meat and braised egg.

I used to stay in Holland area and always came by here during weekends to have breakfast. This is one of the stalls that i missed the most after moved away.Their standard is still as good. I ordered the serving for 1 pax inclusive a mixture of well-stewed big / small intestine, braised egg, braised meat, tau pok and pig's skin as side dishes together with a bowl of kway. My favorite has to be the pig's skin. I used to dislike eating pig's sin but tried it once for the first time and fell in love

I used to stay in Holland area and always came by here during weekends to have breakfast. This is one of the stalls that i missed the most after moved away.

Their standard is still as good. I ordered the serving for 1 pax inclusive a mixture of well-stewed big / small intestine, braised egg, braised meat, tau pok and pig's skin as side dishes together with a bowl of kway. My favorite has to be the pig's skin. I used to dislike eating pig's sin but tried it once for the first time and fell in love with it totally. Pig's skin is not so commonly available and even if you managed to find them, it might have some left over hair and not as clean as compared to this one.

That bowl of smooth kway was in flavorful braised sauce served with fried shallots. The chilli complemented the side dishes and kway very well.

This is one of my personal favorite. Strongly recommended.

I used to eat regularly at this Kway Chap stall when i stayed in the Holland area. There were 2 Kway Chap stalls over at Blanco Court and this is one of them. The kway here are very smooth and came in a savory soup base, one of the best that i have ever eaten. I usually go for a mixture of everything like braised meat, intestine, tau kwa, tau pok and braised egg. All were stewed very well and very tender.Braised pig's trotter is a highly recommended dish here too. A definite must try.
