Fish Meat Soup

My hubby took a leave from work today to accompany me food hunting around this heartland area of Bedok/Kaki Bukit. We ordered Fried Fish Meat Soup. The chalky soup with its mouthwatering briny taste, had a tinge of dry/bitterness due to the sliced bittergourd in it. Fresh fried fish is well seasoned and succulent. Although fried, there’re no traces of heavy “oil spills” on the soup. Overall a healthy tasting dish.
