I must say again that Bugis area is truly a gem in the middle of the city! there are quite good stalls around and this is one of them - although of course, not as fragrant and popular with long queues of other hainan restos.my friend favorited this place to go for the generous portion and chicken pieces. The rice was steamed piping hot but like most rice it has only a tinge of flavor from the chicken broth. However, the chicken meat made it all up as it was one of the softest chicken steamed breast I know! There was also bits of ginger that made it different than the rest and those sour bites pickles which is good to mix with the rice!
