After a long day playing in Wild Wild Wet, im feel very hungry..!All the food there is quite expensive,so i choose economic rice.This only cost around $3 for so a big plate.The egg plant and the vege is nice.The curry sauce is a bit spicy and it really nice.I like the eggplant as it is soft and it is tasty.But i really cant finish all as it is really a big plate.So it is quite worth for the price.

I found this mixed vegetable rice stall in Down Town East' Food court. They provided very economic mixed rice. The vegetable looks very fresh and the stall chef is capable to fry the local home dishes and the taste is delicious and yummy. I order the rice with Broccoli, eggplant and bitter gourd. Their fried eggplant is the best and the taste is very delicious. It considers healthy food. The children like their chicken curry very much. We enjoy eating the mixed vegetable rice very much.They charge at $2.90 for three selections of vegetables with rice.

"Dabao" lunch after a fitness workout at Downtown East today. I recalled a couple of lunches from this stall previously as my office was nearby and I had wanted to eat a "full" lunch. Some of its dishes were tasty then but the quantity given was rather little.There has been significant improvement in their servings now. I ordered the following side dishes:Egg Tofu - Average but there's quite a number of tofu pieces given.Fried Fish Fillet - Quite soggy, probably since it had been in contact with the curry-soaked rice. (On this note, I must mention that the curry gravy was rather tasty. Will probably order curry chicken as a side dish on my next visit.)Mushrooms (rare!) - I would think the mushrooms are the type that comes in a cluster, like rock formations (no idea on name of mushroom but they have black caps). This is my first time seeing such mushrooms offered as a side dish at a mixed vegetables rice stall. The mushrooms are so soft and tasty! When drenched in the tasty curry gravy, the better the taste! So, I'd recommend ordering curry chicken and the mushrooms together!Cost: $3.00
