I was ready to go home after shopping at the Plaza Singapura wanting to takeaway some food for supper. I saw there was a new cafe there and went in to have a look at their pastry and sandwiches.Upon browsing their chilled shelves, I had bought the Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad.When I opened the box of salad, I can smell the smoky aroma of the Chicken meat. I was ready to go home after shopping at the Plaza Singapura wanting to takeaway some food for supper. I saw there was a new cafe there and went in to have a look at their pastry and sandwiches.Upon browsing their chilled shelves, I had bought the Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad.
When I opened the box of salad, I can smell the smoky aroma of the Chicken meat. The chicken meat looked like breast meat but it did not taste tough or dry. Instead, the chicken meat tasted moist like eating ham slices.
The vegetables were fresh and crispy. There were also cheese slices and bread bites given. The cheese tasted average with mild cheese taste.
I liked the caesar cream sauce. There was bits of pickles in the sauce. The sauce tasted mild sourish, cheesy and savoury.
Overall, this was a nice and refreshing salad but the price was slightly on the high side as compared to other cafes.
