The chicken wings was really good, the mustard sauce that came along with it was really special and complement it very well. The beer battered fish and chip was not too oily and is nice too. The chicken chop was great and i like the wedges as well. Lastly the pasta was also not bad but i would feel sick of eating it after a while due to it being too creamy.

Overall i really like the food served here and i would come back again for it. They also sell a lot of merchandise at the cafe as well.

Dinner gathering with close friends @ Crazy World Cafe, when we arrived the cafe, it seems like we were invisible, and we wasnt attended by any staff and they didnt acknowledge our arrival.

Although we are made our reservation, but we just settle down the 4 seaters nearest to the entrance door.

Cheese Fried Mushrooms (Didn't really taste the cheese much, but mushroom is quite tender and juicy)

Spicy Black Pepper Dory (so so only, not that great, just the same fish n chip i had and covered with black pepper sauce.

Grilled Rosemary Chicken Chop (not worth it)

Beer Battered Fish N Chip (quite salty n oily, not nice)

Crazy Wings (QUite like it, like the mustard like sauce too, most worth trying)

Lychee Beer (Refreshing fruity beer reminds me of those cider, but for $12 it is a little bit ex for a cafe though, although i must admit this beer not often can be seen around)

Milo Ice-Blend (just so like milo dinosaur)

One thing i like is that they do have music performance on n off, and they have a small corner selling those cute merchandize, and there is a Hopscotch right outside the cafe.

Food are over-rated and price doesnt matches the taste of the food. Will not go back again under there is some interesting band performance going on.

The cafe is opened by two fans of Mayday, but they chose not to make it exclusively Mayday themed, but have instead used the cafe to promote local arts and music. The cafe is cosy enough for you to chill there the entire day, but of course, it doesn't hurt that the food is good too! This is a must for me every visit. I love how the sauce (special secret blend okay!) complements the wings so well. The iced lemon tea is lovingly home made and not from the syrups you get from elsewhere. If you have

If you haven't been here before, make a trip down someday! You'll be charmed, like how I was.

The retail space of the café carries an eclectic selection of vintage objects as well as designer products by emerging local designers. I recalled seeing some of those items at Red Dot Design Museum and the Singapore Arts Museum.

'You have to try our Crazy Wings ($6.50 for 3)!' said the waiter.

The wings were very well marinated and juicy, with a little crisp on the outside. Honey mustard dip that came with it gave a big boost to the savoriness.

At first I told myself I had been having too much oily stuff lately, the next thing I knew, I heard 'Salt n Pepper Calamari' slipped off my lips. Oops...

It turned out to be no appointment. The batter didn't fall into the too tough nor too soggy extreme, was spiced up with a hearty touch of chilli and pepper.

The café serves All-day Breakfast for those who love their scrambled eggs and sausages. And for the night creatures too!

Besides food and shopping, every now and then the café also hosts live concerts by emerging musical talents from our shores and beyond. Past and featured include Taiwanese group 棉花糖(katncandix2). There is an ongoing photography exhibition featuring the works of Singaporean self-taught photographer Mandy Tay. So look out for this space.

For starters, we had Crazy Wings ($6.50 for 3 pcs) and Salt n Pepper Calamari ($8.90). The wings were tastefully done and pleasant enough with the honey mustard dip. If you are familiar with Yan Su Chicken 盐酥鸡, one of the prized street snacks of Taiwan, the lightly spiced battered calamri will definitely strike a chord with you.

For mains, Michelle picked the Grilled Rosemary Chicken ($15.90) which was served with sides of wedges and blanched vegetables. Camy picked the Mushroom Aglio Olio ($11.90- more mushrooms please!). I have a particular soft spot for mushrooms with my pasta and coupled with the potent mix of garlic, chilli padi and peppers hit the spot for me.

For dessert, we decided to go classic and ordered Waffles with Butter and Honey ($5.50 + $1.50). We both felt the use of honey was a thoughtful change for how cloyingly sweet maple syrup can be.

We say, go down for sincerely prepared food and soak in the comforting atmosphere of the place when you need a little escape from the hustle of city.
