The varieties of pratas are placed into two groups: (1) roti pratas – kosong, egg, egg & onions, mushroom cheese, tissue with chocolate/strawberry, roti bomb, etc. (2) murtabak – fish, chicken or mutton with/without mushroom and cheese (b) Banana Leaf Nasi Briyani An Indian food that is easily found in Malaysia and Singapore.
