You Tiao

We was looking for some You Tiao in Maxwell Food Centre and we come across this You Tiao shop while following the aroma of the Fritters smell in the hawker Centre. There was 3 ladies manning the shop and teamwork is seen as all of them are preparing the dough for the fritters. It was freshly fried and I decided to get 2 pairs of them at 50 cents each. The pairs You Tiao were golden brown in color and was very crispy.
