I like their bubble tea because of the big pearls they use! However, they are unable to make warm tea. Just cold tea or burning hot tea. Argh. What's so difficult about making warm tea?? If it's burning hot, it will melt the pearls. And on cold rainy days, who wants to drink cold tea?Anyway they tried to minimise the coldness but limiting the ice for me. The sugar level is adjustable but I am not sure if it's accurately adjusted as some days the drinks are sweeter than other days! The tea doesn't taste premium but it's good enough. It's $2 for a normal milk tea with bubbles, so it's pretty cheap! The service is approachable but you better be prepared to speak Chinese as most of the workers are from China and take your order better if you converse in Chinese.Recommended for a quick fix drink!
