Espirito Santo Butchery & Bistro for dinner with my parents! We ordered the sausage platter which has 3 pork sausages. I personally thought it was a bit too dry and tough, quite hard to eat for someone with braces like me. Their chicken leg was better and has sides such as mashed potato and vegetables. Overall, it was not bad, could still be improved. Go Espirito Santo Butchery & Bistro!
