Unlike the original stall in Jalan Berseh, this stall offers other food items like Mee Siam & Mee Rebus. Not only that, healthy choice option is adopted here with whole grain noodles used.

Laksa comes in 2 sizes, $3 and $3.50. The $3 portion is already quite good enough for a meal as ingredients like fishcakes & fresh cockles together with the noodles were rather filling. However if I were to compare them to the one I used to have, I will comment that Laksa gravy spelled the differences. Their gravy was diluted and lack of the usual fragrance even though the taste was rather distinct. For additional spicy kick, do remember to add in their sambal chilli.

Taste in overall was close and it was really good that at such a price without travelling too far, I still can enjoy a stomach warming bowl of Trishaw Laksa like this in Jurong.

I've always wanted to try this laksa but I usually end up too full to try any more food from other stalls. Finally, I tried the famous sungei laksa although I am not sure if this belongs to the authentic sungei laksa. It costed $2.50 which was considered cheap and the portion was quite big so it was very value for money. the laksa stock was quite rich with a distinctive traditional flavour. At only $2.50, this is worth the try and is one of the better laksas i have tasted.

located at the stretch of stalls facing the HDB, this stall is easily located. I was drawn to the stall by the blue "好吃" logo pasted at the stall. There are 2 sizes available $2.50 and $3.00. The cheaper one comes with no egg and of cos lesser ingredients. Thus in my opinion, the $3.00 is more value for money. Do note that the portion here is relatively big and you can add cockles for additional $0.50.Personally I find the gravy not too thick and not too strong of the coconut milk taste. Overall

Overall the laksa here is ok but not fantastic. However for the serving and the ingredients given, it is definitely value for money.

Normally I try to avoid eating laksa during lunch because I did not want to stain my clothes but since this stall is quite famous, I decided to try it. I ordered the $3 portion and it comes with a generous serving of fishcakes and hum. The primary ingredient seems to be the hum, so if you do not eat hum, I would advise you to buy other food instead. I added more chili to the laksa to increase the spiciness as I found it to be tastier that way. Overall, I thought that it is quite a good bowl of laksa though I think I would prefer a laksa with more ingredients.

I have heard so much about the Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa and it has always got me to wonder what exactly is so special with their laksa. I tried it for the first time right at this food centre. The coconut milk infused gravy has got a distinctively thick and rich taste. The level of spiciness is not as spicy as i would like it to be. It served with a handful of cockles and fishcake with the nicely cooked thick bee hoon. It tasted quite good and i enjoyed it.

My husband and I decided to go and try the famous sungei road laksa, our relative who was staying in the area recommended it to us. The laksa was indeed beyond our expectation. Their gravy is very creamy, much creamier than most of the other stalls I have eaten. It was very rich in flavour. the thick laksa bee hoon was very smooth and silky, it was actually tasteless so it does not contaminate the richness of the gravy. They used really fresh cockles, the cockles adds some sweetness to the gravy

Their sambal chilli is a very thick paste, but when you stir it into the soup, it dissolves and make the soup spicier. It was really as good as how my relative describe it to be.

This laksa sells really delicious laksa, I remembered when my friend first brought me here, I was practically hooked to the laksa. The gravy is really rich and thick. The laksa noodles is really good, it is cooked perfectly, the right texture and it does not stick to your teeth. They are very generous with the cockles and fish cake. The cockles are very fresh and juicy. It is a must to add their sambal chilli. The sambal chilli add more hotness to the laksa. It is rather spicy as well, but simpl

It is quite rare nowadays to find good laksa and I am glad to have this stall here since it is quite convenient for me to get here if I wanted to eat laksa. I ordered the $2.50 portion which has the hum, fried fish cakes and of course the white thick beehoon. I always liked to have lots of the ground laksa leaves as I find it helps in enhancing the taste of the laksa. Of course, not forgetting the sambal belachan chilli paste, which adds more spice to the rich laksa. The laksa is not overly coco

I finished nearly 80% of all the laksa soup. That is how tasty it is.

I heard alot of Sungei Road Laksa but never gotten a chance to try it out. So, when i chanced upon this stall, i was rather excited and decided i should just try it. It was not bad really but not good enough for me to come all the way here to eat it.
