Fatt Kee (Closed)

I happen to had lunch at bugis with a group of friends. One of my friend recommended fatt kee to us. She said her mother would often buy their chee cheong fan back for her and she strongly recommends it to us. So we decided to give it a try. Indeed the chee cheong fan is quite good. I love the smoothness of the rice cake. The sauce is not too sweet. just the right taste! most importantly it is very value for money!

This is the little something that i enjoyed. I wanted something extra after a not so satisfying lunch and i came across this. I have always love eating yam cake since young. I can taste itsy bitsy of yam pieces embedded in it. The texture was rather soft and it tasted even nicer with the sesame seeds and a little sprinkle of sesame oil. Simple but nice. Recommended.

I am a superb fan of chee cheong fun since young but i am never into those chee cheong fun with different type of fillings. I prefer the traditional plain rice flour roll with just the sweet sauce, chilli and sesame seeds. I was attracted by a signage put up right in front of their stall. It said there is a limitation imposed on the number of plates of mee and bee hoon purchased per person. It indicated that each person is only allowed to buy up to 5 plates.
