I thought it would be interesting and ordered a bowl of batang fish soup noodles (Ee Mee).

The soup was very hot and scalding to the tongue however, Ee Mee was not totally cook. I can still feel the hardness of the noodles whereas the pieces of batang fish was fresh and tender. The stall promotes healthy eating lifestyle with printings reminder on their stall indicating that bitter gourds are good for health and their soups were filled with alot of vegetables, about 3 times more than what we usually get from the hawker.
