I brought a plate of the black version carrot cake from this stall. From the picture taken, it can be seen that the carrot cake is sliced into equal size and not too small. Garnish wise I think more spring onion can be added. For the taste wise, it is not too salty nor too sweet, not too oily as well. The amount of dark soy sauce is sufficiently added. Overall, it is only an average black carrot cake. Apart from selling carrot cake, this stall also sells fried oyster and fried kway tiao. Lastly,
