I brought a plate of the black version carrot cake from this stall. From the picture taken, it can be seen that the carrot cake is sliced into equal size and not too small. Garnish wise I think more spring onion can be added. For the taste wise, it is not too salty nor too sweet, not too oily as well. The amount of dark soy sauce is sufficiently added. I tried this for lunch for the first time. The kway teow was fried with a handful of cockles, bean sprouts and chinese sasauge with abit of wok hei. The texture of the kway teow noodle was moist but not overly wet. The fried pork lards enhanced the fragrance and the taste. The lime played its part to perfect the taste of the fried kway teow too. This might not be the best fried kway teow that i tried but it is ok.
