【新加坡中區】【朋友小廚】我去過 n 次新加坡,但係今次都係第一次寫用餐體驗。點解會揀呢間嚟寫,當然亦都係有好特別嘅原因啦,因為今次呢個飯局坐埋五個人都有幾款護照而餐飯居然係由我發辦,咁當然係食港式啦。喺新加坡要搵一間正宗嘅港式餐廳都唔容易,而呢間就係喇。試啲小菜先,有 S$24 嘅「避風塘蝦碌」同 S$18 嘅「芥末牛柳粒」,前者唔辣,後者小小辣,都好滋味。農作物就試各 S$15 嘅「蒜炒台灣豆苗」同「小炒皇」,前者真係港式嘢嚟,好難喺新加坡食到,後者都炒得好好,呢兩碟我哋都係秒清,我都係咁食。想試埋 S$8 嘅「蠔油生菜」但我講得唔好變咗「豉油生菜」,都食到啲生菜係靚嘢嚟。跟住試埋 S$12 嘅「港式鮮蝦雲吞麵」,味道好,隻碗仲要勁港式囉。跟住試啲海鮮,有 S$15 一隻嘅「蒜蓉粉絲蒸竹蚌」,即係蟶子,完全係港式做法,相當惹味,好食。港式情懷仲有 S$4.6 嘅「菠蘿油」同 S$2.2 嘅「酥皮蛋撻」,而新派菜式就有 S$7.6 嘅「豬排菠蘿包」同 S$7.8 嘅「流沙西多士」。唔知點解覺得佢哋個菠蘿包特別好食,原來係佢哋自己做嘅,唔怪得。而個西多就係流沙鹹蛋黃,亦都非常邪惡,大家係咁食。飯後甜品試咗各 S$5 嘅「香滑鮮奶燉蛋」同「自磨芝麻糊」,兩者都唔錯。飲品方面我哋分別試咗 S$4.8 嘅「椰香紅荳冰」、各 S$4.2 嘅凍「自泡檸檬茶」同凍「朋友奶茶」、S$4.6 嘅「咸檸蜜」同 S$3.6 嘅熱「自泡檸檬茶」,都係相當港式嘅製作,勁有 feel。佢哋呢間餐廳係兩層嘅設計,包括咗樓下嘅茶餐廳同埋樓上嘅酒吧設計,坐樓上或者樓下都可以食小菜。我哋坐樓上聽住廣東歌,好似置身香港咁,可惜聽到佢哋好似話四月尾就結業。然而佢哋仲有一間純茶餐廳喺 Yishun 嗰邊,叫「朋友冰室」,可以支持吓。。。(地址:78 Neil Rd, Singapore 088841)@friendskitchenhk#1amfoodie #foodie #love #eat #1am新加坡 #新加坡 #friendskitchenhk #朋友小廚 #港式 #新加坡港式菜 #香港菜 #避風塘蝦碌 #芥末牛柳粒 #蒜炒台灣豆苗 #小炒皇 #豉油生菜 #港式鮮蝦雲吞麵 #蒜蓉粉絲蒸竹蚌 #菠蘿油 #酥皮蛋撻 #豬排菠蘿包 #流沙西多士 #香滑鮮奶燉蛋 #自磨芝麻糊 #椰香紅荳冰 #自泡檸檬茶 #朋友奶茶 #咸檸蜜 #檸水 #1am1326 #1ambackup continue reading
