On the way home, I stop by the stall to buy Gio Gio Fun Balls. 5 pieces for $3.00. The aunty asks me if I want it with mayonnaise and chilli sauce on top, which I say yes. It is a very meaty meatball. The best part is the lava like cheese flowing out from the centre of the meatball as you bite into it. With the mixture of mayonnaise and chilli sauce, the meat balls become even juicier. continue reading

Look at the meatballs - appetizing, tempting and oh so delicious. Not just does it look that way but it tastes that way as well !When asked for more condiments they actually squeeze a generous amount of mayonnaise to it and a little bit of chili sauce when requested. The cheese in the meatballs are also really cheesy as well as the name suggested. When the meatball are eaten with both mayonnaise and chili sauce combined it covered up some of the super cheesy taste but comes up with yet another different taste experience which I recommend people to try - cheese mayonnaise chili meatballs. Ok, I'm just joking. I don't how to describe the taste but it is so good that I would very much eat it again . *I don't recommend people to add more condiments especially if they don't really enjoy rich taste as they may get sick of the meatballs fairly fast and may not enjoy the meatballs to the maximum. Like I say, do not tarnish food and treat them with respect (they die to satisfy our appetite and craving). -- SGD 3 dollars continue reading

Many Singaporeans love sausages, and it gets even better when it's easy to eat on-the-go! With Gio Gio sausages, you can try all different kinds of flavoured/filled sausages such as black pepper or cheese, can have it small or big, and they do help to slice the sausages as you please Other than their usual sole sausage, they have ventured into making wraps with the sausages, even with a ingenious prata wrap! Honestly, i haven't tried that one, scared that it might be oily haha. But, still, one can enjoy their pasta that they offer, and if I'm not wrong, i've seen them selling a couple of drinks as well~ So why not you busy people hop down to one of Gio Gio's stores and grab yourselves some piping good sausages? ;) continue reading
