One thing I like about buying the cocktail sausages from this stall is that they have sauces to eat your sausages with. This time round I wanted to try their cheese flavor, my mother recommended it. I also ordered my red roast. I found the cheese flavor really good, as they served the sausages really hot, the cheese in the sausages is melted. So when you bite into it, the cheese will ooze out. The sausage is so juicy and succulent. It was very tasty on its own but I still like to add chilli and mayo to enhance the flavours.

I bought myself a whole container of the cocktail cheese sausage from gogo franks. Actually they have other flavours as well, but I was craving for cheese. The cheese sausage is really good, because the sausage is really hot, the cheese is melts inside the sausage so when you bite into it, the cheese practically oozes out. I ask them to add their chilli sauce. Their chilli sauce is the sweetish kind, I found that it goes really well with the cheese sausage.
