Good idea is one of the stalls located in Teban Garden Food Centre that sells ranges of Zi Char Item. They are selling mainly on the standards items of what a Zi Char Stall can provide, ranging from Rice to Hor Fun with common items like Fried Rice and San Lou Hor Fun.I had ordered a plate of Sweet n Sour Pork Rice with Egg from the woman who was standing outside the stall. I had ordered a plate of Sweet n Sour Pork Rice with Egg from the woman who was standing outside the stall. She was quick and witty to handle the potential customers that went near to the stall. Anyhow, Good Idea has a team of 3, with 2 other men working in the kitchen, preparing the food. My order was quick and ready within minutes of waiting in front of the stall for it was self service.
The lady was rather polite and asked if the portion of rice is suitable for me as she scooped that bowl of rice onto my plate. The portion of sweet sour pork was complimented with the slices of onions, capsicums and sour pineapples. Meaty (luckily not fatty) enough, with sweet sauce coating over the balls or pork. With such strong taste, having them just alone without plain rice is somehow overpowering for me.
