I went to bedok to meet a friend. We headed to the hawker centre at new upper change road for dinner. My friend recommended me the hainanese chicken rice there. The chicken rice is pretty good, when they served me the rice, you can smell the aromatic fragrance of it. The texture of the rice is cooked just right, it is a little chewy and not clumpy at all. The chicken was really tender, the roasted skin was not too oily as well. The three dollars portion was just right for me.

Signature Dishes
This stall sells really nice chicken rice. the rice is not too oily. it is very fragrant. the chicken is very smooth and tender. However there were some bones between the meat, but they were very easy to scrap off. Their chilli sauce is really good, it was actually mind blowing hot but when you mix it with the black sauce and eat with your rice, it taste just right. The portion was pretty large for me, could not finish everything.
