Signature Dishes
I started eating this a long time ago. I still come back whenever i am hit by the crazy crave for a bowl of good quality beef noodle. They served the well cooked thick bee hoon in their nicely braised thick gooey sauce. I like my beef noodle to serve with only the beef slices as i do not eat other parts of it. These beef slices were cooked perfectly to give it its tenderness. They garnished with salted vegetable and coriander just before served. When tossed it well, a delicious bowl of beef noodle awaits.
