Mesmerized by the neatly dressed chef in the House of Ban Mian carrying a big dough and scrapping pieces by pieces skillfully aimed into the hot pot in front of him, I decided to order a bowl of "Dao Xiao Mian" (Hand Shaved Noodle).Having a bowl of Hand Shaved Noodle is comparatively cheaper than those in Chinese restaurant.The soup was indeed very sweet and flavorful, loaded with ingredients like fried Ikan Billis, mushrooms, shredded carrots, vegetables, egg and fried onions.Portions was quite big to my consumption and after a few mouthfuls of the shaved noodle, I'm actually quite full and unable to continue eating.
