Initially, I wanted to get Joo siah bak kut teh which was also at this hawker centre but they had no ribs so I settled for this stall which was quite popular there too. Total cost of the meal was $17 - 1 bowl of salted vegetables, 2 bowls of pork ribs soup and 2 bowls of rice. The salted vegetables came with some thinly sliced pig skin which was soft but not chewy. The vegetables were very soft and not too salty. It also went well with the rice. The pork ribs were average tasting but they were not

The pork ribs were average tasting but they were not tough nor tender. I'd say they were more towards the tender side rather than the tough side. The soup was quite oily and was very peppery but unfortunately it lacked the taste and fragrance of bak kut teh.

Overall, 5.5/10.

Their pig organs soup is one of the nicest soup around (my favorite) and will recommend it to people looking to enjoy a sumptuous meal of bak kut teh...

Besides eating the laksa, we ordered the bak kut teh from a nearby stall. My hubby loves bak kut teh so we got ourselves a bowl to share. The soup was very tasty, I found it a little peppery though. The amount of salt they add to the soup is just right, not too salty, making you want to drink more. The bak kut was good, the meat was not too tough, it was rather chewy. It was a little oily, but bak kut teh itself is fattening but this stall the oil was not as much as other stalls I have eaten so

My mother ordered the bak kut teh at the market. It did take sometime for it to be served probably because we went during the peak hours. The bak kut teh from this stall is pretty good. The soup has this very herb smell which makes it very appetizing. It was very tasty, not too salty and the herbs taste was not too overwhelming. The pork ribs were very tender and the herbs taste had infused into the meat. When you dipped the meat into the black sauce, it is absolutely delicious. The soup is not

There are two bak gu teh stalls in this hawker centre. I wasnt sure which one is featured on channel 8 before, so I just tried my luck at this stall. I ordered the bak gu teh and it comes with quite a generous portion of pork ribs. The smell of the soup was so nice, I quickly tucked into it. The soup is just how I liked it. It is very peppery and is quite spicy, but very very addictive. I couldn't help but drink all of the soup because it is so tasty. The pork ribs are also quite nice, the meat

I have this special love for fatty part of pork. I know it is not too healthy but to allow such indulgence once in a while is part of the motivation to a happy living. At least it is so to me. This is my first time trying out the pig's trotter from this stall. I went to my regular stall wanted to order braised pig's trotter for taking away but it was already sold out there. I asked for braised meat but it was not ready yet, as informed by the auntie i would have to wait for another 15 minutes or so.

Then, i decided to give this stall a try. It was not disappointing. The pig's trotter was chopped into smaller pieces. All pieces were rather well braised to give it the soft and tender texture just exactly how i like it. The braised sauce tasted just fine with the right level of saltiness but not as fragrant compared to some of the better ones that i have tried.

Overall, i enjoyed it. Recommended.

Earlier on i was queneing for teochew kueh, after that my hubby and i also have Bak Kut Teh for our breadfast. The Bak Kut Teh taste differently from others that i eat before. One of our relative who stay at Jurong strongly recommend this stall. The soup is spicy with the pepper included. But overall the food taste not too bad and price are quite reasonable. The pork can be improve to be more tender.
