Signature Dishes
Ordered this Chicken Karaage at Ichiban Sushi, the fried chicken tastes delicious and is very crispy where the sound of crispiness can be heard upon biting and chewing it.However, I think that this chicken karaage tastes very normal, just like those fried chicken that we could simply fried at home.The environment over there is good, is a good place to dine at for several kind of occasions.

Bought these three sushi and it’s a total of $3. The price has risen quite a lot in the recent years :/Loved the Unagi sushi the most. The unagi flavor is strong and tasty, and it is fresh ;DThe corn sushi has a strong mayonnaise taste and I liked it too. The corn is fresh and juicy and there is quite a lot of corn.The tuna is also fresh and the taste is not too overwhelming. Had to admit the sushi here is of a pretty good quality and they are fresh and tasty. Considering that, it is actually quite worth it ;DBut sometimes do be careful of the signage, some of them are quite misleading. :x

This japanese green tea cold noodles also known as soba does not taste especially delicious. I would say it is average and I have higher expectations of it, thus I am slightly disappointed after tasting their soba. The noodle is springy but there isnt much green tea taste, instead it is bland. The sauce that goes with the noodle did help add some point but I guess it is not worth the price.

passed by changi city point and had ichiban sushi for dinner. ordered some sushi and they are not too bad. i especially like this roll with crab meat, cucumber and i think was fried salmon, the best part was the thin layer of omelette to replaced seaweed. the taste was quite nice and quite different from the normal sushi

Went there for dinner with friend. I ordered Chicken with Cheese on top set. The chicken with cheese was with a generous serving of rice and big slab of chicken. The gravy was quite good, not too salty nor bland and was good to eat with rice. The chicken was a bit dry and not tender, a bit disppointed. The soft shell crab was a bit soggy, not recommended. The chawanmushi was not bad. Every mouthful was a sheer delight. The suhsi was average.
