Dinner was not so filling for me so i headed to Jollibean to get myself a peanut pancake. Their pancake is pretty large in size and going at only $1.20 per pieces. i love their pancakes, even without the filling, the pancake is so soft, moist and chewy. the peanut filling is just a bonus. the peanut filling is a combination of peanut and sugar. however it is not too sweet as the pancake is a little bland on its own. both the pancake and peanut filling makes a good combination! continue reading

Jollibean is one outlet which I will visit often because it is quite conveniently located throughout the island. I bought this charcoal red bean pancake which is quite newly introduced into their range of pancakes. The pancake is really good. I loved the red beans as it is not too sweet and I could still taste the texture of the red beans (that is the red bean paste is not entirely pureed). If you like some texture, then this pancake will be good for you, if not you should just get the normal red bean pancake. Recently, Jollibean has increased the prices of their pancakes, but still, it is worth visiting as their pancakes are filling and tasty. continue reading

After shopping at Lot 1, I felt hungry and decided to buy back something to eat~Chance upon this shop and I could not resist the delightful display of soy pancakes!Bought home 2 beancurds, 2 red bean and 1 peanut mee chiang kueh cuz they were on offer > 3 for $3.30 to share with my family.I only ate the red bean pancake cuz it was my fav flavour All i can say was that the red bean paste can be a tad less sweeter, but the pancake itself was delish!! The peanut pancake was literally exploded with peanut filling so my dad loved it to bits! Recommended for peanut lovers~ continue reading

I like the Crispy Pancake found at Jollibean as it is crispy. I would usually take the peanut filling one as the peanut is also crispy. With the crispy pancake "wrapping" the peanut crumbs, it becomes a really crispy and tasty snack and I like crispy things. It isn't really a big thing, so I would eat it when I get a little hungry. It fill my stomach and it is very satisfying. I really like it. Not only is it nice, it is considerably cheap too. It costs $1. That's why I like it and choose to eat that for a little snack. continue reading

Jollibean serves a variety of pancakes. It comes in different shapes and sizes - round ones, rolled ones and the traditional triangular ones. I bought the peanut flavored as it is very fragrant and you can bite the peanut bits in the filling. The skin is crispy and soft and it is not too thick that you are actually tasting flour. The filling is very thick and not too sweet. continue reading
