Introduction
Mazesoba may be explained as ramen noodles without soup, Japanese dry ramen or Japanese gan mian. Our significant menu - Mazesoba Nagoya style, which comes with spicy minced pork, soft boiled egg, seaweed and vegetables. You may add some vinegar or chili oil to spice up the flavour! After finishing the ramen, you can order for a spoonful of rice to mix with the leftover sauce.
