Tried this plate of fried kway teow and expected it to be good but turned out to be just average. I have eaten some of the better ones thus not too impressed by their standard. The kway teow was well fried but i can taste almost no wok hei, i think wok hei is the secret to a good plate of fried kway teow. If you have little expectation then it should not be too bad, ingredients like lup cheong, cockles and bean sprouts were pretty reasonable. Do check them out, you might like them better than i

The kway teow was well fried but i can taste almost no wok hei, i think wok hei is the secret to a good plate of fried kway teow. If you have little expectation then it should not be too bad, ingredients like lup cheong, cockles and bean sprouts were pretty reasonable.
