Keika Ramen was established in 1955 by Ms. Satsuki Hisatomi in Kumamoto, Japan. Famous for its unique tonkotsu soup, seasoned with AKO natural salt and Keika’s self-developed “Magic Oil” or “Ma-yu”, Keika has been household name for 60 years with 12 shops in Japan. Keika’s straight and chewy noodles go exceptionally well with the robust soup base.
