Kian Ann Sugar Cane Juice not only sells sugar cane but also soya bean. I was craving for some protein so decided to order the soya bean drink served with ice. It is pretty acceptable. The cup is relatively large and not that diluted like most other stalls. Moreover, the soya bean is also not too sweet and therefore tastes rather healthy (although actual health benefits are doubtable). Pricing was standard for this: 1 dollar. Sugar cane juice is the best thirst quencher if you eat spicy food or oily food, as it is very refreshing and healthy as well. For $1.50 it is considered reasonable and a very huge cup, and it is freshly prepared when you order. The stall owner was very friendly and made sure that she filled the cup to the brim, until it nearly overflowed. It is pure sugar cane juice and no sugar added. Not too sweet and just right.

When you order spicy food like stingray from Changi Village hawker, the best drink to quench your thirst is to get a large cup of sugar cane juice with ice. The sugar cane juice from this stall is quite value for money, as unlike stalls which tend to put a lot of ice cubes but almost only half a cup of sugar cane juice, the amount of ice is comparatively quite little. Sugar cane juice was rather sweet though, but natural and no sugar added.
