I had a Pulut Inti from Kim Choo at Ion food basement. I recall reading that the blue stained Glutinous Rice came from a flower name. It is then topped with grated coconut cook with gula melaka or palm sugar. The one from this stall is not bad. The glutinous rice is moist and the gula melaka has its natural characteristics of sweetness.
