Introduction
Kim Hock Seng has been around making and selling BBQ Pork Meat (Bak Kwa) for around 37 years. All BBQ pork and pork floss are hand made in their shop under quality control and close supervision by the boss. The BBQ pork are roasted traditionally over charcoal.
