I was coming this hawker for the Chicken Rice stall, my aunt told me that it would be the best in Singapore. So exaggerated, Chicken Rice sounded similar to me anyway. I requested to separate my rice and my chicken, boss laughed and followed my preference. I wanted to try the original taste of the rice without putting any gravy or ingredient on top, result was pleasant. The light fragrant of Pandan Leave and buttery fluffy rice was above my expectation, too delicious to eat. Don’t deceive by its plainly-looking appearance, it was aromatic salty in fact. Accompanied a slice of juicy tender chicken and chilli, the plate was well-matched. The price was $3.50, reasonably acceptable for its standard.

As I am not a very large eater, I decided to order the smaller portion of the chicken rice at this stall. They have $2.50 and $3. Most people in the queue ordered the $3 portion. But the $2.50 one is good enough for me. the amount of rice was just nice, so if you are quite a big eater, then I suggest you go for the $3 portion. I like the rice, it was really aromatic, the fragrance definitely infuse into the rice. the chicken was smooth and nice, not dry. I think it was worth my $2.50.

The chicken rice at this stall is really cheap, there is the $2.50 and the $3 portion. Of course, a hungry person like me would order the $3 portion. The chicken rice was very fragrant, it was cooked perfectly, not too hard nor too soft. The chicken was very tender and tasty. what is nice is their garlic chilli sauce, I feel that it gave the dish an extra something. It also opens up your appetite. It is both cheap and good.
