Who says economy Fried Noodles might not be tasty, it can be outstanding also. This stall was selling Economy noodles or rice in the day and continuous zi char at night. I always want to bundle a wish with the order for this dish. I know it may not be a friendly request because the bean sprouts, which I don’t like, I usually ordered it without putting any. Egg noodles are fried together with a small bunch of meats, fish cakes, and more importantly premium soy sauces. The portion was extremely generous.
