I was interested to try LJS since my hometown, Indonesia, doesn't have any LJF branch. Just like any other fast food joints, I didn't have to wait too long for my order.Golden Deal 2 - $6.20. Actually this set comes with a choice of softdrink, but I upgraded it to Milo for an additional 50 cents. It is quite valuable for money. In this set menu, I got a piece of battered fish, 2 chicken tenders, fries, and a glass of iced Milo. The fish was soft, however, it was hard to cut using the plastic knife haha. The chicken tender was juicy as well, while the fries was just mediocre. Anyway, it was a quite fulfilling meal.

Well, Long John Silver's certainly isn't the most affordable fast food in town.I used to like eating here but now I no longer prefer having my meals here. This is so as there is a lack of variety in the food offered and the portions are small. Another down side is that it is mainly fried, eg: fried fish, fried french fries and topped up with a cup of softdrink, i usually feel sick then sufficient after my meal!It's cheap and has average service but well... :/ Will think twice before patronising!

Ordered the 2 piece chicken meal as it is always my favourite to order whenever i am at long john silver. The service staff was quite friendly and kept a smile when taking my order. The meal costs $4.50 and comes with a drink as well. I love the chicken although it is very unhealthy as it is deep fried but it is nice, i wish they had given more of the crumbs as that is also one of my favourite. As for the fries, it is best eaten when it is hot as after i finished my chicken, the fries are becoming cold already and has turn soggy.

It's been some time already but if you guys remember the latest Spiderman show!This meal from Long John came at the same time with the movie so i decide to try it Crowd that day was still ok as i ate early around 5pm plus so service was quite fast!I ordered the meal that comes with:1 fried fish, fried prawns, waffles fries and lots of the fried crispy flour bits..And not forgetting the sauce which i find it so so only, it's a blend of lime and mayonnaise i think?But it's still quite refreshing for a change I think my fried crispy flour bits a little too over done, i didn't eat all cause i think too much is quite unhealthy!But i love their fries most even though now in waffle shape but still taste great!In my opinion they have the best fries as compared to other fast food places

He took my order, understood what I want and repeated my order to confirm it.He's quite fast in serving.Prices $$Recently, there's the 'Best Value' combo (used to be the combo 1/2 in the early 2000s) which is either 2 pcs of chicken with fries & a cup of coke or 1 pc of fish with fries & a cup of coke for $4/50. I upgrade mine with a new drink from Nestle (Sjora). I can't really remember but it's not the one with Mango Peach. It's pinkish colour - probably berry related.RatingI don't always eat battered fish from LJS. But when I do, it was nice and quite filling for my tummy.However, the fries are not abit soggy and cold.
