One of the most appetizing dishes to go with plain rice is none other than BBQ Sambal Sotong for me. I ordered this dish from this stall for the first time. The sotong rings were nicely grilled on the hot plate then mixed in the sambal chilli. The texture of the sotong was just right. It tasted fresh and chewy but not rubbery. The level of spiciness of this sambal chilli was well-balanced. It has the right spiciness to give this dish an extra kick but not overwhelmed. I need at least 2 bowls of
