Hands up if you like Vietnamese pho. The pho here tastes quite authentic. I ordered the stewed beef pho which is good because there is some special thick sauce that is slightly spicy and it comes with hunks of fairly tender beef and some carrots and potatoes in it. The rice paper rolls and Vietnamese spring rolls were quite delicious as well. My friend also ordered the dry chicken rice noodle dish that comes with grilled thigh meat with sweet and sour clear Vietnamese sauce. Excellent.

Vietnamese Coffee

Hot = S$4.50, Chilled = S$5.00

Nuoc's coffee has a much stronger fragrance which lingered in our taste buds much longer.

Regular Delight Sampler (S$26.90)

A good portion to be shared among 3 to 4 persons, considering each to have a main course later ;p Taste wise was refreshing and not bad

Madam Saigon is generous with the ingredients for both noodles soup. Soup broth is clear and refreshing.

And we could foresee ourselves returning to Madam Saigon for affordable Vietnamese food ;p

i was craving for Vietnamese cuisine and decided to give it a try at Madam Saigon. This "Pho" is one of the signature dish of the restaurant. They served the dish with generous portion of fresh vegetables.However ,The soup taste a bit plain for me but the affordable prices and the great services making me want to go for another times.

Madam Saigon has been at Liang Seah Street for quite a few years, but it's only recently that I've ever stepped in.

The setting is casual and simple with some Vietnamese paintings hung on the wall.

I am a fan of Vietnamese Food and Madam Saigon does not fail to satisfy.

Good value + delicious food.

Many people have said the beef noodle soup at Madam Saigon is good and indeed it is. As you can see in the attached picture that we (my girlfriend and I) ordered a bowl of special beef noodle and a chicken chop rice for dinner after The New Paper/my paper Blockbuster Blast - "Source Code" (Rating: PG) on 19 April (Tuesday) at 7.30 p.m., Shaw Bugis 1, Level 4, Bugis Junction. The generous portions of beef was a flawless compliment.

However, the useless waiter also did not inform us that he is going to clear all the 2 glasses of plain water when I was at the cashier and my girlfriend was in the toilet.

After some thoughts, I cannot blamed them because they closed at 11 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
