This is the best bubble milk tea in Singapore! It is way better than Gong Cha or KOI. FYI, people at Gong Cha and KOI cannot seem to understand English or even Chinese! When I ordered "warm" bubble tea, they made me boiling hot tea in a plastic cup! It was so hot I couldn't hold the cup and all the pearls melted! *duh!*Here at Mao Kong, I asked for "warm" tea and I got warm tea! Perfect temperature so that the peals didn't melt. They are also super polite and helpful here. And they have a loyalt

The fresh milk pearl tea is the best! Gotta try! It is sooooo wholesome and milky and just fantastic. And they are so generous with the pearls that I had almost hald a cup of pearls!
They have great flavours and everything tastes fresh and good.
Recommended!! Definitely try all their milk bubble teas!
