Signature Dishes
A new stall replacing the fish soup stall and it also sells fish soup. The old one got XO soup but the new one does not have. But the choices of noodles is more now. Besides rice, bee hoon and ee mee, there is also kway available. Kway is usually used in kway chap dish, and I am surprised to find it here. So I order a bowl of twin fish soup with kway which costs $4.00. The fish soup comes with deep fried fish slices and unfried fish slices in milky soup, topped with deep fried egg. Tasty and flavourful. The kway surprisely is quite flavourful here.
