sometimes the variety there is not great. not much to choose from. and obviously not baked there but somewhere else. but it can be cheap during promo times - $1 per bun! it's average buns and the dough is generally very dry compared to breadtalk. but for $1, not much to expect. the filling is usually more air then anything. but it's all good for a quick bite. service is fast and friendly. nothing great about the taste.

if you get there late, there won't be much choices to choose from. as i didn't like the options that were left, i chose the standard red bean bun. the pastry here is pretty dry and strangely very dark brown. the sesame seeds on top brought out the flavour of the pastry. the bean pastry inside is very minimal. there is a huge air pocket inside. overall, it is not satisfying. cost $1 when on special

the portuguese egg tart here is only about $1. during their promotional times which can be every day at times, all the buns are only $1 each. reasonable pricing. the crust of this tart is not the best - rather stale and tough. but the filling is pretty good. eggy and sweet. but not very fragrant. service is quick and friendly. the crust is a bit too thick as well. great variety of sandwiches on offer too.

easy to find location. service is always nice, fast and efficient and polite. the breads are not too bad. a bit dry and not very soft but good enough. especially when they regularly mark it down to $1 per bun. every day there are different buns on offer. they do not bake it on the spot. there are also sandwiches and savoury puff pastries on sale. and whole cakes. everything is quite reasonably priced. good for a quick snack. the breads are not the best but for such a low price, can't complain to

The buns here are usually $1 even though the shelves say $1.40 onwards. The orange chiffon was a bit too oily for a chiffon cake but the orange smell was nice. The mushroom bun was nice and they somehow made the mushroom in the shape of a heart on top of the bun. It's nice and tasty and the filling made the bun moist. The sausage bun is alright but the bun itself is a bit dry. Also the sausage bun is a bit flat and squashed and it would have been better if it wasn't squashed flat! Recommended fo

This place has very very good cakes and buns! And very cheap too! One bun is around $1 although the shelves say $1.20. The whoel cakes are $10 each. Their fudge cake is very very good! Their fruit cakes are very good too. The red bean bun is so fragrant, I was surprised. The pastry was buttery and soft and the filling was just enough to balance it all together. I seldom see any queue at this shop whenever I go suntec. And in fact I do not understand why as I really find their breads nice . They are really generous with the fillings and the first bite I can already see the big chunk of chocolate in the bun. They were having a promotion for the bun when I went there that time, $1 for each bread. I really hope this shop will stay as I really like their chocolate bun.

Located near carrefour at suntec city, Mayson Bakery offers various pastries and soft buns fresh from the oven. They were having a promotion for their soft buns at $1 each and I bought one blueberry bun to try. The bread was soft although there weren't much fillings inside; just a few pieces of raisins. It was toppled with some blueberry jam and fine sugar, the bun was very nicely presented.
