This is a must order dish for me whenever i come here with my mother for dinner. This place is just a stone's throw from her house. They marinated and fried the meat to perfection before stir-fried it with their special sauce. It tasted a bit less sweet as compared to their sweet and sour sauce. The texture of the meat was soft and tender, just right for my mother to bite and to chew it with no difficulties. I need at least 2 bowls of plain rice if order this dish.
