It's quite a lucky attempt on Ng Kee Teochew Fishball Kuay Teow Mee as their opening hours are rather unique.The stall is manned by a team of three brothers with each having their specific roles. Though the stall is located at a secluded corner in Taman Jurong Market & Food Centre, you may be surprised by the number of patrons. The visit to Ng Kee Teochew Fishball was memorable to me with its unique combination of Fishball Kuay Teow Mee and also the way the 3 brother worked non-stop during my visit. And yes, business was really that good till the extend bowls of noodles are literally sold out within a fast time frame.Having Fishabll Kuay Teow Mee as my meal usually bores me alot especially when I find the dish is very plain and I'm not really fond of the factory make fishballs but their bowl of Kuay Teow Mee has whet my appetite.The fisball soup stock was flavourful with minced meat pieces floating together with fishballs. Lean meat, fish dumplings, prawns and pork livers were part of the bowl of Kuay Teow Mee. I have never tried Fishball noodles with liver and prawns and thought it was something new to me.
