A queue is always there without fail. They are there in the early morning for their famous Nonya style Mee Siam and Lotong then there for the Mixed Vegetable Rice from 10.30 am. A 'Sold Out' sign is always displayed right below the picture whenever the Mee Siam or Lotong is sold out. If go after 11.30 am, most of the dishes would be sold out as well. After all these years, my favourite dishes are still the Asam Fish, Fried Pork Chop, Sweet & Sour Pork and Brinja with Black Bean Sauce or Fermented Bean Sauce. A packet of rice with Fried Pork Chop, Sweet & Sauce Pork, Braised Tofu with Minced Meat and Brinja with Fermented Bean Sauce is only $3.90.
