I usually skip breakfast on days at work, settling for a cup of coffee and if feeling peckish munch on biscuits from my desk's drawers. This Friday I wanted something substantial to cheer myself up and sauntered over to the Olio coffee lounge for a pick me up. Club sandwich on wholemeal bread or carrot cake?
