The weather was hot and humid today. I was thirsty and looking for a cold drink. Just in chance, at the entrance of Jurong Point, there was a herbal tea kiosk. I just pickup a chilled Chrysantenmum Tea at $1.50 thinking it was just like Yeo's Chrysantenmum Tea. I was so wrong after drinking the tea. This Chrysantenmum Tea had a light aroma and flavour of chrysantenmum, I can related to chrysantenmum flower petals. This Chrysantenmum Tea had a light aroma and flavour of chrysantenmum, I can related to chrysantenmum flower petals. I guessed this Chrysantenmum Tea had used dried chrysantenmum to boil the drink. The sweetness was mild and the sweetness will not linger to the tongue after drinking.

Overall, I liked this drink as it tasted natural and would like to try their other flavour drinks the next time.

Rose Tea and Shan Zha Tea each costs S$2.00. I find the flavours of the tea are quite special and it is less often we get to see them on the booth of other herbal tea stalls.I have expected to fill have some rose fragrance from the rose tea, but to my surprise, there was none. It is more of the tea flavour. Sweetness is still of average. Comes in warm or chilled version, overall, its still not bad. While the shan zha tea are rich in flavour - full of shan zha taste. While the shan zha tea are rich in flavour - full of shan zha taste. I will prefer this bottle of tea than the former. Sweetness is of average too, and customers can have a choice of having it chilled or warm.

I have tried the Wheat Grass drink for S$2.00. Afraid that it will be as sweet as Hockhua's herbal tea, I took a little sip. Immediately, it gave me a "whao" and refreshing feel. I have a different perception on wheat grass drink suddenly. Not as sweet and well suits my taste buds, the drink is not as artificial as I thought. Instead, a mouthful of wheat grass drink tastes like drinking the grass juice. The smell simply reminds me of those workers cutting the grass at the road side. I understan

Chrysanthemum tea, S$1.60 may be expensive than its competitor but I simply love the rich fragrance given out by those chrysanthemum flowers and without an over dosage of sugar madness.

Comparing to its competitor I will prefer Oriental's Herbal Tea, at least for Wheat Grass and Chrysanthemum.

was feeling heaty the other day after long hours of studying and late night. was running a slight fever and bad sore throat so my friend took me to get a bottle of oriental herbal tea. initially i just order the normal herbal tea, but the auntie at the store saw my current state and offered to add some cooling powder. i was reluctant at first but my friend agreed on my behalf.

i paid extra money i think abt 5 bucks for the cooling powder. the auntie suspended the powder into the bottle. it was very bitter! one sip and i just reject the drink. but since i paid so much for it, i had no choice but to finish it. after one night of sleep, my fever did go down and the sore throat wasnt so bad.

i went down to the shop and bought milder drinks like barley and honey water. I survived on these drinks for a few days and I recovered, no longer heaty.

so everytime i want to study overnight, i will ensure i have a bottle of oriental herbal tea. they are very reasonable priced about $1.20 per bottle.
