I was at the Northpoint Foodcourt last Friday and I'm happy to find that they have Pepper Lunch Express here! I love that they serve the same quality & delicious pepper lunches but at a cheaper price. Super wallet friendly!As usual, I will order my favourite dish, which is Pepper Steak ($9.90)The Pepper Steak Set ($9.90) comes with a well sized steak with some beansprouts & corns, a bowl of rice, and soup. The trick to getting a delicious Pepper Lunch meal is the cooking! You need to spread the butter evenly over the steak and cook all sides of your steak quickly before the hot plate cools down. After you are done with cooking your steak, quickly toss your vegetables around to soak up the yummy juice from the steak and butter.Always a satisfying meal when I dine at Pepper Lunch.
